Terms of Service

1. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
• Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Your content

You own the designs you create and the files you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you — for example, to save your designs, render previews and generate exports. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to everything you upload, including photos, logos and fonts.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload or create illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
• Create content that harasses, threatens or exploits others, or that is sexually explicit involving minors.
• Upload malware, or try to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Scrape the service, or resell or sublicense access to it.
• Use the service to impersonate others or to deceive people.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Templates, mockups and other assets

Templates, mockup scenes, icons, fonts and stock photos provided in Reillustra (“assets”) remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed, not sold, to you.

• On every plan, you may use designs and mockups you create with assets in personal and commercial projects — for example, social posts, marketing, product listings and client work.
• You may not redistribute or resell the assets themselves as standalone files, templates or mockup packs.
• The Business plan adds a resale license for mockup images, so you can sell products shown in your mockups or deliver mockup images to clients as part of paid work.
• Stock photos and fonts are also subject to the licenses of their providers (Lorem Picsum/Unsplash and Google Fonts).

5. Plans, billing and renewals

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and invoices.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing page.
• After cancelling, you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period, then move to the Free plan.
• Each plan has limits (such as the number of designs or monthly mockup exports) described on the pricing page. If you exceed Free plan limits, existing designs stay available but you may not be able to create more until you upgrade or remove some.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

6. Changes to the service

We're constantly improving Reillustra and may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue the service, we'll give reasonable notice so you can export your work.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that mockups exactly match final printed products. Please keep your own copies of important work.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reillustra won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we'll notify account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
