Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Reillustra (reillustra.com) collects, why, and the choices you have. In short: we collect what we need to run your account, we never sell your data, and we don't show ads or use third-party tracking.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, optional name and a password. Passwords are stored as secure hashes by our authentication provider — we never see them.
- Your content: designs you create, images you upload, and mockups you export.
- Usage counts: how many designs you have and how many mockups you export each month, to apply plan limits.
- Billing information: your plan, subscription status, renewal dates and the brand and last four digits of your card, as reported by our payment provider. We never receive or store full card numbers.
- Messages: what you send through the contact form, and your email if you join the newsletter.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and timestamps) kept for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use information
- To provide the service: sign you in, save and load your designs, and generate exports and mockups.
- To manage subscriptions and apply the limits of your plan.
- To send essential emails: account confirmation, password resets, security notices and billing updates.
- To answer support requests and, if you opted in, to send our newsletter.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your designs or uploads to train AI models.
3. Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers that process data on our behalf:

Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for purchases, which means it is the seller of record and handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
4. Cookies
We only use essential cookies that keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Your browser may also store a local copy of images you use so designs open faster; you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and content for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your designs, uploads and files are permanently deleted. Billing records may be retained by Lemon Squeezy as required by tax law.
6. Your choices and rights
- Access and export: download any design as an image, PDF or design file from the editor.
- Correction: update your name, email and password in Account settings.
- Deletion: delete your account in Account settings, or ask us to do it.
- Marketing: unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any newsletter email.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. To exercise any right, email [email protected].
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access to your designs and files is restricted to your account by database-level security rules. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
8. Children
Reillustra is not intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and notify account holders by email or in the app before they take effect.
